Have you seen Casey Junior?

Casey Junior went missing on 2 Feb 2023 - just a few days after being adopted.

She disappeared from Whytehead Crescent, St Heliers, Auckland, NZ.

She doesn't know the area or consider it 'home'. ☹︎️

Casey Jr's fur is a mixture of ginger tabby, brown tabby and white.
(She looks like a ginger cat that's covered in mud!︎)
She has a ginger nose and a triangle of ginger fur above her eyes.
She has ginger stripes on her right arm and brown stripes on her left arm.
She has white fur on her throat and on all four paws.
She also has white fur on her tummy.

Casey Jr is a young adult cat (16 months old).

She is desexed, microchipped and registered with NZCAR.

She is shy around strangers, so during the day she'll probably be hiding.

But -

if you see a new cat hanging around your neighbourhood, living under your house, getting into your rubbish bins, or stealing your cat's food, and you think it might be Casey Jr

- please, please, please get in touch!

She's not a stray. She hasn't been dumped or abandoned. She's our very special petal and we want her home safe.

Thank you. ♡

Oh, and she's called her Casey Junior because she looks like her mum (Casey).

Still missing, still searching - and thank you!

Casey Jr has been missing for just over three weeks.

We want to say a huge thank you to:

  • her adoptive family for knocking on over 600 doors and handing out flyers;
  • Meadowbank Pony Club for letting us search for her and spreading the word to their members;
  • the stray-cat feeders for keeping an eye out;
  • the folks running the 'lost pet' pages for giving us hope;
  • all the friends and strangers who have shared our posts about her; and
  • everyone who has contacted us with an encouraging word or a possible sighting.

It means so much to have your support. ♡
